Belfab LHP 200 – Mobile Dust Collector

REVOLUTIONARY CONCEPT

The LHP is an industrial mobile dust collector which offers a low profile height configuration of only 32”. This important space-saving feature is designed to facilitate the installation of a dust-collecting unit under a woodshop table or workbench.

The LHP is designed for light to medium dust loads in coarse or granular material cases. For “fine“ dust material, the system should be used for light usage or workload.

UPGRADEABLE

The LHP unit incorporates a BELFAB patented universal fan design. This blower component can be integrated at a later date into our LW or NBM product lines for greater dust collection capacity and scalable to up to 20HP.

Please note the LHP is available only as a 2HP or 3HP, single or three-phase (1,000-1,400 CFM) configuration.

Belfab JNBM-OP Dust Collector

The Belfab JNBM-OP model is an industrial, mid-range capacity dust collector system equipped with either a 5 or 7.5 HP blower motor generating either 2500 or 3500 CFM. Designed for moderate to heavy dust loads from woodworking machinery solutions, this collector is often recommended as a dedicated unit for CNC machinery work cells. The JNBM-OP is less than 12′ high and features a working space of less than 8 square feet; the compact design of this Belfab unit is ideal for applications where space is limited. This collector can also be equipped with various dust removal solutions ranging from the standard plastic bags, to the 55 gallon steel or plastic drums, or to Belfab’s patented tilt truck.

Belfab NBM-OP Series Modular Dust Collection

The Belfab NBM-OP is a compact, high efficiency extraction solution. With a height of less than 11′ tall, this unit is designed to operate as either a dedicated “stand-alone” unit or as a main dust collector within a woodworking facility.

The expandable filter module capability allows the collector the ability to offer large filtration surfaces, capable of developing an air-to-cloth ratio better than 6:1. The NBM-OP series comes with Belfab’s patented upgradable blower to increase blower performances from a 2 HP/1,000 CFM to a 15 HP/5,000 CFM by simply replacing the motor and impeller within the same fan housing. The optional HUMMER 1,800 RPM fan offers superior quiet operation at up to 5,000 CFM.
