In this combination, the robot unloads the nested based router, if necessary buffers the parts and loads them if needed into the drill and dowel machine before they get fed out of the whole cell. It does not have to take a break, can work around the clock on the shop floor and ensures consistently high quality. A vision system helps the robot to detect the parts on the nest. The solution is able to process around 125-150 parts an hour, depending on dowel volume.
