STORM Vacuum extruding machine for applying paints to be cured by means of ultra-violet radiations, realized in stainless steel plate (inox). The machine is complete with a separation a unit which allows a high reduction of the polluting emissions and a complete recovery of the excessive paint in order to reduce to a minimum the product consumption.

The suction and separation tower, made of stainless steel, is equipped with a series of filters and labyrinths to completely recover the paint particles dragged by the air in movement.

Extraordinary stability, great accessibility, maximum working precision and possibility to apply a wide range of working units. Transport system with adjustable continuous belts (width: 200 and 120 mm). No joints. Rectified clothed rubber. Electrical commands along the machine on column board. The control system is detached from the machine. Liquid crystal display operator panel. Five programmed languages, reading of the feed speed (meter or feet).

Automatic, single sided machine for inline sanding, buffing, cleaning, varnishing, drying and curing operations of solid wood, MDF or other material panels and profiles. The accurate feeding track is engineered by the constructor to feature steel links and self-lubricating idle bearings.
