Stiles Machinery Announces New Local Service Connection

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Stiles Machinery Inc. is pleased to announce a new affiliation with service providers Aurand’s Machinery & Automation based in Middleburg, PA.  Aurand’s has been providing service and technical assistance for woodworking equipment for 12 years.  Prior to opening their own company, Randy and Steve Aurand had a long-standing relationship with Stiles and have a thorough knowledge of the technology they offer.  Stiles Machinery, the company reports, has the largest national contingency of field service representatives in the industry and focuses on providing fast, knowledgeable, local support.  “This collaboration with Aurand’s Machinery & Automation presents a unique opportunity for Stiles,” says John Casto, VP of Customer Support Services.  “We strive to keep our customers operating efficiently at all times, and a large part of fulfilling that goal is always having trained field service representatives available.  Partnering with Aurand’s, an established, well-respected service team in Pennsylvania, allows us to increase our coverage in this area.”
