Kuper EVB Series Veneer Trimmer

This is a double-sided, centerline fed machine for the reinforcement and end grain binding of already joined veneer faces. Both ends of the machine adjust for varying lengths of veneer. Standard Kuper 1220 glue thread is used. The thread has a non-expanding core and is applied to the face using a standard heating tube, and chrome plated pressure roll. This is the same reliable process that has been used on thousands of Kuper veneer splicers.|After the binding operation, integral cutting discs trim the ends of the face absolutely parallel. The trimming operation leaves approximately 5 mm (¼”) of veneer outside the thread.
